3.6 Operating Systems supported

KBACKUP is being developed and maintained on a standard LINUX system.

As it is a shell script, it is highly portable and should run on any UNIX system around. However, there might still be some work required to get it to run on other systems but LINUX . You no longer need the dialog(1) program as KBACKUP can now run without it.

There is currently work going on in making KBACKUP run under ULTRIX.
