In case that you experience any problems with this software, you can do the following:

1. read the documentation
2. search the relevant newsgroups
3. contact the KBACKUP mailinglist, by sending mail to kbackup@sitewerks.com. To subscribe to the mailing list, send a mail containing the line subscribe kbackup to majordomo@sitewerks.com.
4. send e-Mail to KBackup@usa.net, the current maintainer.

Unless in emergencies, do not send e-Mail to the original author (Ballueder@usa.net), as he is no longer maintaining this software!
